SURFLO Stainless Steel No Leakage Magnetic Gear Pump Composed By AC Explosion- Protection Drive Device

KMG200XB/AC380FB-2/180 adopt AC asynchronous explosion-protection motor as power,with the shaft ends of motor connected with the outer annular magnetic loops of REPM to drive the gear pump.This series have the advantage of constant speed, large torque and operating steadily for a long time. Moreover, it can control the flow of pump if equipped with the frequency converter. They are widely used in the chemical, oil field, fuel oil and other flammable and conmbustible liquids delivery. The whole MG200 series can be equipped with this AC asynchronous explosion-protection motor.

KMG204XB/AC380FB-2/180 Magnetic Drive Gear Pump,using magnetic coupling drive without leakage. Pump housing material is stainless steel 316. The gear material is PEEK. The sealing material is PTFE. Pump can be used in the -0.1Mpa-2Mpa closed systems. The gear pump could work together with the AC Explosion-proof motors to become different kinds of gear pump units. The rated output pressure is 0.5Mpa. The maximum output pressure is 1.0Mpa . The flow rate is (50-800,100-1800,300-2400) 50-800ml/min.
